Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jm045115@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

A flat rate of $75.00 USD applies to all international orders. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
